A chance for you to deepen your practice. Refuel, refresh and revitalise. On retreat you can typically expect two daily yoga classes - an energetic, energising morning practice with elements of contemplation and deeper meditation practices. In the evening a cooler more Yin centred practice easing into full restorative poses and completed with either meditation or yoga nidra - also known as deep yogic sleep. This is where the power really lies as we delve into the depths of consciousness, find and press the reset button.
