All beautifully tied in with the September Equinox; marking the close of the summer season and opening into the cooler, colourful vibes of Autumn. Our stay will begin on the evening of Friday 20th September and end on the Monday morning of the 23rd. Your stay will include dinner, bed and breakfast - and of course all of the scrumptious yoga.
Food will be a selection of tasty vegan, and there are tons of activities that can be planned during your free time. Catering will be a family affair so expect to meet the clan as you pass through the communal dining area.

A chance for you to deepen your practice. Refuel, refresh and revitalise. On retreat you can typically expect two daily yoga classes - an energetic, energising morning practice with elements of contemplation and deeper meditation practices. In the evening a cooler more Yin centred practice easing into full restorative poses and completed with either meditation or yoga nidra - also known as deep yogic sleep. This is where the power really lies as we delve into the depths of consciousness, find and press the reset button.

This September we will be heading to the stunning Ty Coch, North Wales. Shared cottage accommodation boasts a very secluded coastal position in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Llyn Peninsula. Close to the Wales Coastal Path and cycle route and within easy reach of Snowdonia, Anglesey and south Llyn beaches.
